Job Details
Title: SAP FICO Costing Lead
Location: Lynnfield, MA
Duration: 6 months+
Description:
- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
- Serve as the key liaison between finance teams and SAP technical groups.
- Oversee a team of FICO consultants and ensure cross-functional integration with SD, MM, PP, PM, and EWM.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting models specific to dairy operations (e.g., raw milk valuation, yield management).
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting, product costing, and asset accounting.
- Support system integration, data migration, and validation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with IT and business leaders.
- Provide end-user training, change management, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
- Continuously develop professional skills and expand knowledge of SAP and business operations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong background in cost accounting and product costing within the dairy or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
- Experience with SAP Treasury and integration with third-party systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems (CPA or MBA preferred).
