Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst to guide the organization through critical IT changes and digital transitions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, combined with a strong foundation in change management methodologies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Change Execution: Lead the development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies tailored to IT projects, using ADKAR methodology and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
OCM Analyst
Activities:
Support data collection and analysis for change impact and readiness assessments
Develop communication and training materials
Track and report on change adoption metrics
Coordinate logistics for workshops, training, and stakeholder meetings
Maintain change risk and issue logs

Collaboration with IT Departments: Collaborate closely with IT departments to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Impact Analysis and Readiness Assessment: Conduct thorough impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and resistance to technology changes.
- Communication Plans: Design and deliver targeted communication plans that effectively convey the benefits, necessity, and process of IT changes to all stakeholders.
- Training and Adoption: Develop training materials and programs to enhance user competencies and promote adoption of new IT systems and processes.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Liaison: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and the rest of the organization, fostering understanding and support for IT changes.
- Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to IT project teams, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to drive change.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and change management roles or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of IT / change management experience.
Demonstrated expertise in applying OCM principles and practices within an IT context.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Agile methodologies
Prosci or ACMP Certification
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
