Job Details

The Online Marketing Specialist 3 (Contingent) will work under the guidance of our search marketing and analytics team to accelerate digital and search marketing projects for and related websites. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong cross-functional expertise in both paid and organic search marketing campaigns, content SEO, and web analytics to effectively measure impact. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in international SEO optimization techniques.

Essential Job Duties

Assist with keyword research, metadata updates, tagging implementation, and monitoring of website performance and quality using tools

Utilize data analysis, to inform SEO strategies and boost overall program effectiveness

Optimize and maintain paid and organic content search strategies to improve visibility and reach

Work with global marketers, content creatives, product owners, and executives to translate requirements into meaningful enhancements for web properties, balancing search marketing strategy and execution with business needs and deadlines

Consistently communicate effectively across varying organizational levels

Required Skills and Experience

Comprehensive knowledge of search marketing tools, SEO and PPC best practices, industry standards, and trends

Clear understanding of international SEO

Search marketing experience with a variety of tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Bing Ads, Screaming Frog, Conductor, and/or similar

Strong analytical skills in keyword research and content strategy optimization for both paid and organic search

Ability to work within established digital marketing frameworks and strategies

Ability to create dashboards in Looker Studio and Tableau

Acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines

Excellent self-management skills

Proven aptitude for strategic thinking, bridging marketing and technology

Required Education and Training

Bachelor s degree; or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of related search marketing and web analytics experience with large multinational companies

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience with Sitecore or enterprise web content management tools

Experience with global content strategies and optimization in a regulated environment

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, Tableau a plus
