Program Evalution Analyst with experience creating dashboard using SQL or Tableau (Remote - Fulltime)

Support needs of Population Health Leadership to include internal/external presentations, operational improvement strategies, financial analysis, and opportunity targets for program performance.

• Preferred an experience with either one of Dashboard development, PowerPoint development and Tableau
• Preferred an experience with SQL Data analysis, SAS programming

Support Population Health needs on Ad Hoc Requests, Opportunity Research, Metric and Intervention Research, Dashboard Development, and Intervention Tracking

Job Responsibilities

• Implementing, applying and testing empirically based research models for use in areas such as marketing research, sales, and other relevant disciplines as directed.
• Building spreadsheets, writing descriptive summaries of gathered data, organizing and prioritizing research for further review by senior managers and clients.
• Responding to requests from various business partners on investigational modeling and research studies.
• Evaluating and testing new models, recommending and implementing revisions to improve model performance.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 3 years - Data warehouse reporting experience required
• 1 year - Experience utilizing data extraction tools required

Skills\Certifications

• Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
