Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience configuring and administering the UltiPro (UKG) system.
- Proficiency in building detailed custom reports and dashboards within UltiPro BI.
- Experience with configuring UltiPro modules, including People Assist/Document Manager.
- Experience with automating HR processes, specifically New Hire automation.
- Experience with setting up and configuring UltiPro Pay Insights.
- Experience with building out processes in People Assist (e.g., Resignation, CAD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Configure the UltiPro system based on defined requirements for remediation efforts.
- Build Merit/Promotion statements in People Assist/Document Manager for the Year End review cycle.
- Implement and automate the New Hire process, particularly for retail operations.
- Set up custom BI Diversity Dashboards and detailed reports (e.g., turnover, terminations, boomerang hires).
- Lead the post-implementation launch activities for People Assist (e.g., Resignation process).
- Configure and build out the UltiPro Pay Insights module.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system configuration requirements.
Mentor less experienced project managers and ensure compliance with PMO methodology.
