Senior Banking Domain Expert -Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: 100% onsite M-F in Columbus, OH
Job Description:
Client is looking for a Senior Banking Domain Expert -Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience.
Role Overview: Lead analysis and design for strategic banking initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification for core banking, digital channels, and compliance projects
- Mentor junior BAs, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and secure sign-off on solution designs
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to validate implementation and oversee UAT
- Provide strategic insights on product enhancements, industry best practices, and risk mitigation
- Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in banking/financial services BA roles (Rates, payments, KYC , etc.)
- Deep domain knowledge of banking products, regulations, and lifecycle processes
- Expert in Agile/Scrum, use-case modeling, and requirement-management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management
