Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Human Capital Management (HCM). You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and support of Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion applications (Financials, SCM, or HCM).

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional configurations.

  • Perform gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

  • Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs.

  • Provide support during all project phases including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production.

  • Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure seamless integration and performance.

  • Train end-users and prepare user manuals and documentation.

  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and recommend enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications.

  • Expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion modules: Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and processes.

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and implementation lifecycle.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in respective modules.

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS solutions.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, or FRS.
