Job Details

Role: Mid-Level IT Support Engineer
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite No remote option)
Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

  • AV/conference setup troubleshooting and VIP-level support

  • Handle IMAC, hardware replacement, and printer troubleshooting

  • Device imaging, configuration, and inventory management

  • Support onboarding/offboarding with IT/HR/Security

  • Document SOPs and resolutions in ServiceNow

Required Skills:

  • 6 8 years of IT Support/End-User Support experience

  • Strong knowledge of endpoint devices, peripherals, and ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra Self-Service

  • Basic networking troubleshooting

  • ITIL awareness and strong customer-first approach

  • CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) certification required

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with VIP support

  • Exposure to enterprise IT workflows
