Role: Mid-Level IT Support Engineer
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite No remote option)
Duration: Long-term
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
AV/conference setup troubleshooting and VIP-level support
Handle IMAC, hardware replacement, and printer troubleshooting
Device imaging, configuration, and inventory management
Support onboarding/offboarding with IT/HR/Security
Document SOPs and resolutions in ServiceNow
Required Skills:
6 8 years of IT Support/End-User Support experience
Strong knowledge of endpoint devices, peripherals, and ServiceNow
Familiarity with ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra Self-Service
Basic networking troubleshooting
ITIL awareness and strong customer-first approach
CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) certification required
Nice to Have:
Experience with VIP support
Exposure to enterprise IT workflows
