Job Description
Provides tiered support for the Epic EHR system across 13 behavioral health facilities, ensuring timely issue resolution, system reliability, and user satisfaction. Support is provided across three shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Roles:
- Helpdesk Analyst: Delivers frontline technical support, resolves incidents, and assists with user access, Epic workflows, and IT hardware/software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Epic and clinical application issues (access, workflows, printing, integration)
- Support account provisioning, password resets, and security role changes
- Provide remote support for devices, printers, and peripherals
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow incident queues
- Assist with go-lives, upgrades, and technical dress rehearsals
- Document procedures and update knowledge base content
- Deliver informal training and Epic guidance to end users
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT governance policies
- Escalate high-priority issues per defined protocols
