Job title: GRC Archer lead
Work Location: Fort Mill, SC
Onsite

Job Description:
Having 10+ years of professional experience in GRC Archer, Onspring GRC providing various SLDC stages including Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Enhancement, Testing, Migration, Documentation and implementation of Applications/Questionnaires in Archer platform.
Having strong Experience on customizing Archer platform as per the user interface.
Having Strong Experience in working on Archer versions 5.5 to 6.14.
Strongly experienced in installing and upgrading Archer IRM platform versions. Strong understanding of updates made between Archer IRM versions 5.5 to 6.14.
Provided strong End-User support.
Having strong understanding of IRM Process - Risk management (Risk Register, Risk Hierarchy, and Risk Assessments), Policy Management (Policies, Contacts, Conflict of Interest), Audit Engagements, Issues management, Model Risk management, Compliance (Affiliate/Functions, Divisions, Monitoring Plans, Observations, Checklists), Control Management (SOX Controls, Control Self Assessments, Design Test Results, Operating Test Results, BC/DR Plans (Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans, Business Impact Analysis, Task Management).
Experienced in determining Access Controls by creating New User Accounts, New Access Roles, Groups, Security Parameters, and LDAP Configurations. Experienced in building new Solutions, Applications, Questionnaires, and Sub-Forms.
Experienced in generating, downloading and installing Packages from one instance to another.
