; Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Dynatrace solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.This role focuses on enhancing observability and application performance monitoring (APM) for enterprise systems, while collaborating with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

; Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of Dynatrace for performance monitoring across diverse environments.Troubleshoot and resolve service-level issues using Dynatrace insights and diagnostics.Collaborate with technology teams to align monitoring solutions with enterprise architecture and operational goals.Design and implement observability strategies to support application performance and reliability.Provide ongoing support and optimization of Dynatrace configurations and dashboards.Apply data modeling concepts and best practices to enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities.Act as a proactive owner of assigned tasks, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.Ensure compliance with enterprise-wide change and project management methodologies.

; Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT monitoring, with a focus on Dynatrace administration and APM.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working closely with cross-functional technology teams.Familiarity with enterprise IT policies, change management, and project methodologies.Solid understanding of data modeling and observability best practices.
