Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Zip Procurement and Ironclad CLM platforms. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, contracting, and approval workflows across procurement, business, and legal functions to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement workflows in Zip, including intake, approvals, and supplier setup.
- Support contract creation, review, and execution within Ironclad.
- Maintain alignment and data flow between Zip and Ironclad to ensure process compliance.
- Enforce procurement policies and approval procedures across teams.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders on sourcing and contracting activities.
- Generate and analyze reports on procurement and contract metrics to drive process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 8 years of experience in Procurement or Legal Operations.
- Proven expertise in Zip Procurement and Ironclad CLM platforms.
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., Oracle, Coupa, Workday) is preferred.
