Role Description: Agile Transformation LeadershipPartner with senior leadership to define and execute the enterprise Agile transformation roadmap and become a trusted advisor.Facilitate organizational change management to support Agile adoption at scale.Coaching MentoringCoach executives, portfolio leaders, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, DevOps principles, AI and related practices.Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable Agile capabilities.Supervise a team of culturally diverse and distributed team of 2 to 10 consultants (senior, middle, and junior level) depending on the engagementFramework ImplementationGuide the adoption of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile) tailored to organizational needs and provide hands-on support to across all levels in the customers organization to help them adopt new operating model, Lean-Agile ways of working, modern engineering practices, DevOps, usage of AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI in Product Management and IT Delivery Ensure alignment between business strategy and Agile delivery practices.Metrics Continuous ImprovementDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Agile maturity and business outcomes.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives. Collaboration CommunicationAct as a liaison between business and technology to foster transparency and shared accountability.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings on Agile topics.Preferred Skills1)Previous experience in software Development, IT Delivery will be an advantage2)Previous Product ownerProduct manager experience in large scale organization is a plus3)Certified in SAFe SPC and other scaling frameworks 4)Published white papers relevant to Industry and spoken at conference
