We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools like Copilot. You will lead solution design across projects, mentor teams, and drive the adoption of low-code/no-code development strategies with a focus on automation, data integrity, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Portals) leveraging Copilot for Power Apps to accelerate user experiences and automation.
Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using Dataverse, Azure, and Power Automate.
Develop AI-enhanced user experiences using Power Fx, natural language Copilot builders, and custom connectors.
Define and enforce architecture best practices, ALM processes, DevOps strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
Ensure all solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance policies.
Collaborate with Microsoft and internal innovation teams on new Copilot, AI Builder, and Power Platform feature rollouts.
Lead architecture reviews and provide mentoring to functional consultants and developers.
Optimize user experience, performance, and maintainability in Power Platform solutions.
Support and guide integration with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure APIs, and third-party systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years in application architecture or solution design roles.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Fx.
Hands-on expertise with Copilot in Power Platform (natural language-driven app building, Copilot Studio, AI Builder).
Deep understanding of solution architecture, security roles, data modeling, and governance.
Experience designing integrations with Azure services, REST APIs, and Dynamics 365.
Proven experience leading large enterprise Power Platform projects.
Strong understanding of ALM, solution management, environment strategies, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, or OpenAI GPT-based services
Background in D365 Sales, Service, or Finance modules
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira/Azure Boards
Experience implementing CoE (Center of Excellence) governance for Power Platform
