Job Description:
The Product Analyst (SharePoint) will serve as the primary technical lead for the development, customization, and administration of SharePoint solutions supporting a federal client. This role involves gathering requirements, designing and implementing workflows using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate, and providing ongoing support and training to end users in a secure environment.
Basic Requirements:
- H.S Diploma
- 3-5 years of SharePoint/Power Platform Development experience
- Knowledge and proficiency with O365, SharePoint Server, PowerApps and Power Automate
- Ability to synthesize complex IT system information and communicate system status and requirements in written products and verbal presentations
- Ability to work independently
- MS SharePoint, O365, PowerBI and PowerShell
Additional Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals
Responsibilities:
- Meet with the client to gather, analyze, and get understanding and approval for SharePoint requirements.
- Act as SharePoint platform administrator managing overall infrastructure, user access, security, and database management.
- Design, code, and implement scalable solutions by using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Develop customized forms and workflows by using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Build lists, libraries, site columns, permissions, and data management.
- Test and debug forms, lists, and libraries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.
- Monitor and maintain performance.
- Maintain and update PowerApps forms and Power Automate flows.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Provide general user training to the client on SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate Solutions
Work Location:Tria Federal, operates primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with standard work hours from 9 AM – 5 PM ET and flexibility around start and end times based on team needs. We have open-collaboration offices in Arlington, VA, and Baltimore, MD for those who prefer to work on-site
Please Note: Work location requirements vary by program. While many roles support remote work, some projects may require partial or full on-site presence based on contract and client needs. Specific work location expectations will be communicated during the hiring process.
