Scepter Tech is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (IT Staffing & Recruitment) to identify new partnership opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and drive business growth in the U.S. IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development within the U.S. staffing/consulting sector, with experience in acquiring direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier 1 vendors. The role demands a results-oriented professional with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of IT staffing, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for new business development, getting new clients onboard, account management as well as sales execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier 1 vendors to expand business opportunities.
  • Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring consistent client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct extensive cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage client accounts on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations, addressing client needs, and driving revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placements and fulfilment of client requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor strategies to refine business development strategies.
  • Develop and execute successful business growth plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of staffing solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in business development within the IT staffing industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staffing.
  • Familiarity with IT job roles, contract staffing, and full-time hiring processes.
  • Proven ability to acquire and manage client relationships in the IT recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
