Currently we are searching for an Oracle Fusion Benefits Coordinator to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits in a hybrid schedule (onsite in Birmingham, AL, with one remote day/week after initial ramp-up).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for a major Oracle Fusion platform migration involving multiple downstream systems (ATS, payroll, benefits)
  • Own the hands-on configuration of cloud-based benefits modules, partnering closely with HRIS, IT, and external vendors
  • Complete internal training modules and learn full data flow between systems and benefit providers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement workflow enhancements and interface integrations
  • Act as a primary resource for system-related escalations, complex reporting needs, and benefits data integrity
  • Participate in testing and validation (UAT) of new features and functions tied to benefits enrollment and employee experience
  • Long-term, help establish internal best practices for system optimization and interface scalability

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle based HRIS cloud platforms, ideally Oracle Cloud or Oracle Fusion Benefits
  • Strong background in benefits configuration, system testing, and functional documentation
  • Comfortable leading data-driven discussions with stakeholders and external vendors
  • Technical mindset with business process fluency across HR, benefits, and compliance
  • Experience supporting or advising on open enrollment, SSO connections, and employee stock/share platforms a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; candidates must obtain Oracle Cloud Certification within one year
  • Workday, Taleo, or similar systems experience considered a bonus
