RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an Integration Architect that is able to lead and evangelize from an Architect perspective, clearly communicating technically about various integration and proven integration frameworks and integration strategies with a keen interest in integrating cloud and on-prem systems and API strategy. This position is 3 days onsite in Dallas. The Integration Architect will be responsible for overseeing the technical design and implementation of all new integrations and collaborate with other architects on the team.
Essential Functions:
Lead the design, optimization, review, and approval of integration solutions:
* Review submitted requirements for completeness and clarity
* Prepare initial, high-level designs and estimates as necessary
* Develop and perform proof-of-concepts as necessary to determine feasibility and confirm new approaches (API, caching, etc.)
* Perform pre-development review of detailed design documents to ensure completeness and compliance with established Integration Factory practices and standards
* Ensure performance of appropriate types and levels of testing including full end-to-end testing in close collaboration with country IT teams
Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Integration roadmap:
* Lead/Build global API Architecture, Middleware Integration & Solutions team to design solutions and undertake Integration projects
* Develop productive relationships with business partner teams across the organization to influence how Integration platforms can enable new sources of value
* Manage Integration group personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization, as well as building existing recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps
REQUIREMENTS:
Expert in Information Technology Systems:
* General technical and/or integration architecture (10+ years)
* Integration development and systems, via API, or any middleware (7+ years)
* strategy and experience moving on-prem to cloud. Knowing when and why
* Software development (ideally Java) (3+ years)
* Application lifecycle management (3+ years)
* Run support and/or operations management (1+ years)
* Foundational and related technologies (OS, network, storage, database, cloud, etc.)
* Digital (e-Commerce) platforms and technologies
* API management
* Continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) and DevOps including Test Driven Development (TDD)
* Offshore and/or remote team management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
