Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Revenue Cloud. In this role, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a critical part in enhancing our revenue operations. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories. Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and CRM workflows.
Perform hands-on Salesforce configurations including, creation/modification of Flows, Dynamic Pages, Dynamic related list etc
Support CPQ processes: product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and smart approval workflows.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Coordinate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
Lead or support project planning, task management, status reporting, and issue tracking.
Facilitate UAT sessions and support business stakeholders during testing and rollout.
Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant hands-on work in Salesforce.
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality and best practices, including advanced product configuration, dynamic pricing, and guided selling.
Hands-on expertise in the latest Salesforce configuration capabilities, including but not limited to:
Salesforce Flows: Building complex automation, including screen flows, record-triggered flows, and scheduled flows, and utilizing features like "Transform Data" and "Lock/Unlock Records".
Dynamic Forms & Dynamic Related Lists: Optimizing page layouts for improved user experience and performance.
Permission Sets & Permission Set Groups: Managing user access with granular control.
Lightning App Builder Enhancements: Setting conditional visibility for tabs and optimizing page performance.
Enhanced Reporting and Dashboards: Leveraging features like inline editing for reports, conditional formatting, and enhanced dashboard widgets.
Strong documentation and communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and other business analysis documentation.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) constructs, including product configuration, Pricing Procedures, smart approvals, CLM, DRO etc. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable RCA solutions, ensuring alignment with end-to-end revenue operations. Familiarity with CPQ, CLM, and subscription models is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
