Description
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics and a passion for delivering actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and manage marketing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
Segment customer data based on demographics and behavior to support personalized marketing strategies.
Assess the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
Develop predictive models using statistical tools to forecast marketing results and optimize lead scoring.
Support the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and communicate insights effectively.
Ensure all data activities comply with relevant privacy laws and organizational policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries.
Proven expertise in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various marketing platforms.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and experience with tools like R or Python.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics, including conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365 and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google AdWords.
