Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician in New York, NY.
This contract position involves providing technical assistance across various IT systems, including hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
The ideal candidate will possess a customer-focused attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms.
Manage and maintain end-user computing assets, ensuring optimal performance.
Support video conferencing tools to ensure seamless communication experiences.
Handle daily ticket queues with timely updates and high-quality resolutions.
Participate in IT projects such as hardware res and infrastructure rollouts.

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of IT support experience with proven success in resolving technical issues.
Strong proficiency in Windows environments and productivity suites.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information to diverse audiences.
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical setups.
