Job Title: CCTV Software Specialist / Programmer (Travel-Based)

Location: Based in Nashville, TN
Travel: 1-2 weeks per month (domestic)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Program and configure VMS platforms (Milestone XProtect, Axis Camera Station, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot software issues-connectivity, firmware, licensing, and performance.
  • Integrate IP cameras and third-party devices into secure networks.
  • ? Provide remote and on-site diagnostics and support.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
  • ?? Travel to client or project sites as needed (1-2 weeks/month).

Who You Are:

  • ? You've got solid experience with CCTV camera systems and software troubleshooting.
  • ? You're ready to move beyond physical installs and into a technical, software-focused role.
  • ? You're comfortable traveling occasionally and enjoy working in different environments.
  • ? You understand IP networking, ONVIF, RTSP, and VMS platforms.
  • Bonus: Certifications like Milestone Certified Integration Technician are a big plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
