Responsibilities: -
- Coordinate with GLS team management to support the implementation of Kanban / Agile ways of working, best practices across multiple Solution & Delivery teams.
- Work with management to develop a roadmap and timeline to implement Kanban practices within the team. (i.e., meet the team where they are when designing the plan)
- Deliver plan as designed through Agile coaching of Kanban principles, establishing team norms, leveraging JIRA platform, defining workflow & work items, backlog refinement, setting WIP limits, implementing feedback loops, measuring and improving, and supporting the team.
- Embed within Sprint stand-ups to coach, train, and support the team.
