Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVR Fivetran Consultant for a contract role based in Plano, TX. This position will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions using HVR and Fivetran. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow across systems by handling data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, as well as troubleshooting data-related issues. This is a collaborative role where you will work with cross-functional teams to support and enhance enterprise data strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Integration: Design, implement, and maintain data integration solutions using HVR and Fivetran to support enterprise data strategies.
ETL Management: Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and efficient data flows.
Performance Tuning: Optimize and fine-tune data integration performance, ensuring efficient data processing and minimizing downtime.
Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure smooth data flow.
Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud platforms (such as AWS) to deploy and manage integration solutions in a scalable and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data integration, with a strong background in using HVR and Fivetran for ETL processes.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in HVR and Fivetran tools for data integration.
Strong experience in ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Proven skills in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolving data-related issues.
Deep understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based data integration and architecture.
Familiarity with additional data integration tools or platforms.
