Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid
Contract: 7 Months
Pay: $28-32/hour (DOE)

Project Overview:

As a Delivery Operations Specialist for PeopleDev, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end learning and development program delivery operations of vendor and internal teams. You demonstrate your working knowledge of process optimization and your supported operation or workstream to execute full pieces of a process efficiency program. You make key contributions to tracking and analysis of operational trends in process or workflow performance to implement improvements and efficiency scoring frameworks, ultimately providing high quality programs to our end users.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage Learning Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our learning programs, streamlining processes, implementing new technologies, and managing vendor partnerships.
  • Improve Operational Efficiency: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, automate workflows, and optimize resources to ensure efficient and impactful program delivery.
  • Enhance the User Experience: Resolve user queries, address escalations, and continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Contribute to New Initiatives: Contribute to the design and implementation of new learning programs and initiatives, using your creativity and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field or relevant practical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong process design and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to executive leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with Google Drive Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc...)

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Brings industry knowledge of best practices and opportunities for innovation in learning & development
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and initiatives at scale with demonstrable results
  • Proven ability to develop and continuously refine strategy and roadmap for a service delivery organization, including technology support, integration, and outsourcing
  • Experience with process automation; Experience using enterprise-type applications to automate transactional processes
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills; experience with socializing and presenting analysis, proposals and strategies to organizational leaders with a demonstrated affinity for metrics
