Project Manager with Genesys and Data Warehouse Remote 12+ Months Long Term Contract
Data ware housing exp is a must. Genesys cloud. 60%- 70% business. 40% technical. Capable of running a project.
Required qualifications:
Strong cross-functional communication skills, both business and IT
Technical project management and ownership
Change control and testing management
Enterprise data warehouse experience
Business operational and historical reporting
Preferred qualifications:
Contact center experience
Genesys Cloud CX and/or A3S
DataHub, data stewardship, knowledge management
Snowflake / AWS, SQL
Tableau
