Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled iCertis Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution for our enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise across the iCertis platform and its AI-enabled capabilities. This role will play a critical part in driving enterprise-wide digital contract transformation through integration, automation, analytics, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end iCertis CLM architecture and solution blueprint aligned with enterprise contract lifecycle processes.
Lead the configuration and implementation of iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) core modules and custom business workflows.
Architect data models and user roles for light users, legal, procurement, sales, and compliance functions.
AI & Risk Capabilities
Implement and optimize iCertis Risk Assessment CoPilot and Contract Insights AI Bundle to automate clause detection, risk identification, and obligation management.
Enable Discover CoPilot for advanced collaboration and intelligent recommendations during contract authoring.
Analytics & Reporting
Deploy and configure iCertis Contract Analytics for real-time contract performance tracking and compliance monitoring.
Define KPIs and dashboards for executive-level insights and contract optimization.
Integration & Collaboration
Lead integrations with enterprise applications including SAP Ariba Enterprise Edition, DocuSign/Adobe Sign, and ERP systems via iCertis API Access & Support.
Drive implementation of the E-Signature Adapter, ensuring seamless digital signature workflows.
Ensure secure collaboration and integration across legal, finance, procurement, and external partners.
Repository & Rebate Management
Manage centralized Contract Repository, metadata configuration, and archival policies.
Implement and support Rebate Management workflows for complex pricing and rebate scenarios.
Governance & Best Practices
Define and enforce contract governance models, compliance controls, and audit readiness using iCertis capabilities.
Drive adoption of iCertis best practices across business units.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of enterprise software architecture or solution delivery experience.
3+ years direct experience with iCertis CLM platform implementation.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, legal operations, and procurement workflows.
Proficiency in configuring iCertis modules including AI bundles, analytics, risk CoPilot, and integrations.
Experience integrating with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign, and other enterprise systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
iCertis Certified Configuration or Integration Specialist
SAP Ariba Integration Experience
Agile Project Management Certification
