Join a dynamic team as a Communications Consultant, where you'll lead strategic communication initiatives within a transformative environment, enhancing engagement across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key messaging.
  • Manage internal communication programs to keep employees informed about significant developments.
  • Partner with departments to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Oversee external communications, including media relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts and develop contingency plans for timely information dissemination.
  • Create high-quality written materials, including speeches and presentations for executives.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies in achieving business goals.
  • Mentor and lead a team of communications professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications, especially in retail or supply chain sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans successfully.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing crisis communications and sensitive issues.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and external partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital and social media communications.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring communication effectiveness.
