Sr Planning Engineer ( telecom, ArcGIS )

Senior Planning Engineer to join the Strategic Planning team. The role will focus on Expansion/Market Planning, development of collaborative planning solutions to improve network efficiencies, driving revenue growth, including detailed service delivery plans with physical and network layer designs, maps, diagrams, and cost estimates.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 6+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of related experience with a Master's degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting with demonstrated proficiency in VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Proficiency in utilizing internal mapping tools for map-based design tasks
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with ability to delegate to internal project stakeholders and third-party vendor partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with and foundational understanding of internal mapping tools like ArcGIS or comparable for designing within detailed maps and diagrams to depict design plan initiatives
• Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience driving process improvement utilizing such methodologies
