Role: Technical Business Analyst (Program Manager)

About:
We are seeking a skilled program manager with a strong background in analytical projects focused on customer insights.
Position Overview:
The program manager/technical business analyst will lead business-driven analytical projects, primarily focusing on customer insights. The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with surveys and survey analytics is advantageous, along with proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of tools like SPSS and Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Bridge between business clients and technical developers to drive a data and code migration project.
Gather and analyze requirements from varied business leads and clients. Ensuring proper documentation of logics and processes.
Convert the requirements into actionable targets for technical developers
Interact daily with necessary clients and with technical team to ensure continuous flow or information and logics and ensure project completion within a short strict deadline.
Ability to convert business logic into a technical definition for developers and validating end results as well.
Have good experience and knowledge of SQL.
Have a basic understanding of tools like SPSS and Snowflake Warehouse.
Knowledge of Survey data and Survey analytics will be an added advantage.
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, data science, or a related field.
Over 8+ years of experience in technical business analysis.
Experience with business requirement documentation
Exceptional communication and Interpersonal skills.
Experience in business-driven analytical projects focused on customer insights.
Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of SPSS and Snowflake.
Ability to understand and utilize data to derive business logic and results.
Experience with surveys and survey analytics is a plus.
