Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner with deep expertise in Telecom Billing systems to lead the design and delivery of advanced billing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing processes including Rating, Charging, Bill Cycles, Usage, Number Porting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and API integrations. This role requires translating business needs into a clear and actionable product roadmap, ensuring alignment with technical architecture and agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog for telecom billing solutions, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
  • Translate product vision and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define system integrations, data models, and business process flows.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies using Scrum methodology.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance on billing architecture and workflows including Rating, Charging, Bill Cycles, Usage, Number Porting, and AR.
  • Work closely with development teams with basic understanding of Java or C++ to facilitate technical discussions.
