• Fingerprint-Based TSA STA: FBI CJIS, TSDS/Interpol, lawful status; unlimited look-back for permanent disqualifiers (e.g., terrorism), 7-year conviction/5-year release for temporary (e.g., fraud).
• Credit Check: Financial risk assessment, FCRA-compliant vendors (e.g., Equifax).
• SDN List Screening: OFAC Sanctions List Search for sanctioned individuals.
• Ten-Year SSN/DOB Criminal Check: Federal-level (State-level as per State regulations).
• Sex Offender Database Screening: National/state registries (e.g., NSOPW).
• Continuous MVR Checks: Maintain for driving roles.
• Other: Employment history (5 years), drug testing.

Min CCNA Strongly Preferred

Top Must Have s:

• Experience with cisco switches and firewalls; configuring and deploying, set up out of a box, provisioned and get it installed, need to have done this all themselves not on a team that did for them; CISCO expert
• Experience with Dell servers and Dell storage is strongly preferred
• Siemens rugged.com network equipment nice to have
• CCNA is a bonus
• IPv4 subnetting preferred
• Need to operate in an environment where they understand operational availability is paramount
• SCADA is a plus but not requirement
• Purdue Model for ICS networks preferred
• Must have a BS/BA degree as listed in JD

Customer Interview Process:

2-3 client side. 2^nd round interview with be a 90-min tech screen with a written test to be done via Webex with candidate sharing their screen to ensure they are not googling the answers
