Role Summary How You ll Make an Impact:
As a Motion Designer, you ll be a key player in bringing our rebrand to life through dynamic visual storytelling. You'll craft engaging motion graphics and video content across digital, social, and experiential platforms playing a vital role in shaping how company Media connects with its audience in the B2B media space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute motion graphics and video content aligned with company Media s brand identity.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketers to create content for campaigns and industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES).
- Animate static designs, ensuring quality and brand consistency across platforms.
- Design motion experiences for live events and activations.
- Create motion guidelines for sub-brands within company Media.
- Stay up-to-date on animation trends and storytelling techniques.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity and deadlines.
- Present motion concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain the highest creative standards aligned with brand voice.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in motion design, animation, or video production.
- Degree in Motion Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion/animation expertise.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus).
- Strong storytelling, typography, and composition skills.
- Creative and collaborative mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experiential/event marketing experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
