Job Details
Title: Knowledge Manager / Technical Writer
Location: Dallas onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, optimize and audit Q&A pairs while ensuring 100% accuracy to properly support our searchable database of answers to RFP questions
- Continuously audit and refresh existing Q&A pairs based on asset management cycle
- Use and actively contribute to content systems (standards, voice and tone, and messaging)
- Support other KMs to help write and edit product content to ensure content consistency
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their knowledge needs
- Support content quality control
- Analize metrics to help drive content development prioritization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or more in English, History, Journalism, or similar field
- Familiarity with UX best practices, accessibility, and content system thinking
- Good understanding of knowledge management tools
- Portfolio that showcases work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building across complex organizations.
- Strong collaborator and communicator
