Job Description:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software for a variety of engineering applications
- Assist in developing tools and interfaces
- Assist in design, development, and testing of operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications
- Assist in setting operational specifications and formulate and analyzing software requirements
- Assist in design embedded systems software
- Analyze user needs; develop and design software solutions
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Junior Level: Bachelors degree and two (2) years of relevant experience; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for degree
- Mid-Level: Bachelors degree and five (5) years of relevant experience; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for degree
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance (ship required)
Required Skills:
- Experience in software development languages (Java, Python)
- Experience in Agile Development
- Understanding on XML, Unix
- Familiar with OOD principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
