Job Details


Must have:

  • Oracle cloud Implementation experience with Higher Education client
  • Must have multiple engagements as the Core HR Cloud Functional lead


Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the design and configuration of Core HR functions, including organizational structures, worker records, positions, and job catalogs.
? Translate higher education HR requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, supporting diverse employee groups and academic cycles.
? Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional stakeholders to validate requirements, manage user stories, and ensure thorough testing and acceptance.
? Oversee data migration and integration strategies and execution for faculty and staff records, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance (FERPA, labor laws, etc.).
? Develop and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer materials tailored for higher education HR teams.
? Serve as point of contact for Core HR-related issues during design, testing, and post-Go-Live support, resolving defects and driving continuous improvement.


Requirements

Core Competencies:

? Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance in higher education.
? Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, particularly Core HR modules.
? Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to convert complex requirements into system configuration.
? Previous participation in Oracle Cloud HCM or comparable HRIS implementation, ideally in higher education.
