Job Details
Title: RF Optimization Engineer
Location: Remote Role
Contract Length: 06 months +
Most Important: Candidate must have experience with Nokia equipment within last 2 years (From 2023 to 2025) to be qualified for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance to meet KPI targets.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance issues and recommend optimization actions (parameter tuning, QoS optimization, SW upgrades).
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports related to LTE/5G performance.
- Execute feature trials for LTE and 5G (coverage, throughput, load balancing, traffic steering).
- Troubleshoot hot topics using OSS KPIs, traces, and logs.
- Optimize networks based on capacity/utilization trends and forecasts.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G NSA/SA (FDD & TDD) with proven optimization experience.
- Expertise in Nokia LTE/5G optimization (drop call reduction, coverage/throughput improvement, load balancing, traffic steering)
