Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and influence decision-making.
- Experience in project or service management is a plus.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as BRMP , ITIL, or Agile is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BRMP or CBRM certification.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance).
- Understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
