Job Details

Our client is looking for qualified candidates for a 6-month temporary position (with potential for full-time conversion) to start as soon as possible. This is a remote role, though our client prefers candidates in the CST time zone. The ideal candidate would be ready to start quickly and immediately take on 2-3 pressing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-line support for Procure to Pay (P2P) operations
  2. Assist with SAP Purchase Requisitions, Goods/Services Receipts, and SAP VIM inquiries
  3. Support business stakeholders with vendor invoice and statement queries
  4. Help monitor service health through SLAs and KPI trend assessment
  5. Assist with training new P2P users and operational excellence projects

 

Required Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
  2. Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA transactions (or similar ERP)
  3. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel analytical functions
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  5. Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities
