Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
- Act as liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead requirements gathering (JAD sessions), analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), TCOs, Contract Change Notices (CNNs).
- Ensure alignment with DTMB strategic plans, PMM, and SEM methodologies.
- Document and validate business and system requirements in Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Conduct risk assessments, system security planning, and remediation support.
- Support system testing, UAT, defect tracking, and regression test automation.
- Draft technical specifications, test scenarios, and training documentation.
- Lead communication plans and collaboration with developers, PMs, and business leads.
- Participate in Agile Scrum standups and serve as Scrum Lead as needed.
- Analyze ADA compliance, site usability, and application accessibility.
