Job Title: Manager campaign planning and strategy

Location: Los Angeles CA or NYC NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Job description

Coordinate all communications related to MACS Service Level Agreements SLAs with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure timely updates and responses to SLArelated queries and escalations

Track SLA compliance and report deviations or risks proactively

Maintain documentation of SLA terms performance metrics and communication logs

Oversee the delivery of campaignrelated assets and documentation as per agreed timelines

Validate completeness and accuracy of deliverables before submission

Liaise with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on delivery expectations

Maintain a centralized tracker for deliverables and their status

Structure and maintain campaign documentation in a consistent and accessible format

Ensure all files are stored in designated repositories with proper version control

Regularly audit documentation for completeness and relevance

Facilitate easy retrieval of campaign records for audits or reviews
