Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Design: Define archiving scope, capture requirements, design solutions for data retention, purging, anonymization (GDPR).
- Configuration & Development: Configure archiving objects, manage ILM rules, integrate with Content Servers (OpenText), write ABAP for custom needs, manage NLS/NSE.
- Execution & Monitoring: Schedule and run archiving jobs, perform health checks, troubleshoot large data volumes, monitor database growth.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Data Archiving, ArchiveLink, ILM, technical objects (IDOC, SBAL).
- Technical Skills: ABAP, database analysis (DB02, DB15), SAP Content Server/OpenText integration, NLS/NSE.
