Job Title: Lead Access Control Technician
Description:
They are looking for a Lead Access Control Technician to join their team and support a significant backlog of work beginning June 2nd. The selected lead will receive a company vehicle while on contract, though not during the initial few months. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and upskill, think critically, and work independently without close supervision.
Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Access Control Technician or in a related field
• Knowledge of access control hardware and software, including readers, controllers, and door strikes
• Experience with Lenel access control systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication skills and professional client interaction
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Lenel Certification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain access control, security, and camera systems
• Troubleshoot and repair access control systems to ensure functionality and security
• Perform system upgrades, modifications, and maintenance
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions
• Provide on-site training and technical support as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations during installations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
