- program areas, and ensuring the
- final product is delivered.
POSITION SUMMARY: - The candidate will be primarily
- responsible for redacting qualitative
- and quantitative data,
- communicating with constituents
- and ADE staff, as well as completing
- weekly status reports.
- A successful Data Redaction
- Coordinator will have a high level of
- attention to detail, be receptive to
- feedback, communicate well with
- team members, adapt to changing
- environments, and be able to work
- with minimal defined requirements.
- The ideal candidate must have
- extensive experience with Adobe,
- MicroSoft Word, and Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Convert files
- Review qualitative and quantitative
- data requests.
- Communicate and process requests
- with appropriate program areas.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative
- data redactions.
- Work closely / collaboratively with
- cross-functional teams (e.g., Data
- Governance, Program Areas).
- Participate in planning meetings,
- and stand-up meetings as scheduled.
- Participate in standard of work
- discussions and reviews.
- Coordinate with Data Governance
- and Program Areas to ensure
- required redactions are completed
- and approved prior to sending to
- constituents.
Skills Required: - Advanced understanding of Adobe
- tools and functions.
- Advanced skills with Excel.
- Ability to recognize and apply
- redactions patterns and best
- practices.
- Experience with HelpDesk systems.
- Ability to focus on deadlines and
- deliverables to meet commitments.

Education Required: Education Preferred: - Associate or bachelor's degree in
- business or related field of study, or
- equivalent professional experience.
