Sr. .Net Cloud Developers (Full Stack)

This 80+ year old Financial Services company has over $65 Billion in assets and providing financial assistance for housing and economic development in the communities they serve.

We are seeking Sr. Full-Stack C# .NET Developers with a strong background in agile principles as well as the latest in Microsoft technologies to create comprehensive, modern solutions within the financial industry.  You must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work within a self-organized team, where scrum values are paramount and accountability with autonomy is applauded. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop intuitive software using technologies in the Microsoft .Net framework, Angular, Microsoft SQL/Server, SSIS and Power BI.
• Deliver working software using the Scrum framework promoting the aspects of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• As a member of a cross-functional Scrum team, own the product lifecycle including roadmap, enhancements and support
• Collaborate directly with business and technical team members to understand the business need, refine requirements, and improve processes leveraging the Agile Scrum framework.
• Collaborate to adapt solutions for improved customer experience, performance and resiliency
• Collaborate across teams to design solutions that achieve the business outcomes
• Create automated testing, execute regressions and react to issues that arise.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and stay current with secure coding practices
• Document and present technical concepts in a straightforward and understandable format.
• Demonstrate your product to executives and community.
• Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to improve coding standards and UX design standards.
• Introduce new tools, concepts and methodologies to improve overall effectiveness of the team.
• Perform peer code reviews and promote secure coding practices. 

BACKGROUND

• Strong C# and .Net framework experience
• Experience with ASP.Net MVC5
• Solid Cloud experience (Azure is preferred). 
• Working knowledge of SQL is essential.
• PowerShell experience is preferred.
• Angular7 or higher is required.
• Experience with Entity Frameworks is required
• Solid Agile Scrum Development experience 
• Strong experience developing REST and/or SOAP Web Services
• Good experience with Test Driven Development OR Behavior Driven Development
• Solid experience with Entity Framework 
• Strong SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Views, Tables and Triggers) experience
• Experience with Visual Studio (2015/2017/2019)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (code repositories, pipelines, and executing automated deployment scripts)
