Overview

Join a leading food & beverage company as a Power BI Report Developer. You'll play a vital role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights. Your expertise will help drive timely decisions-especially by clearing a backlog of important reporting requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop: Build new Power BI reports from the ground up and enhance existing reports for better performance and readability.

  • Data Integration: Source and manipulate data from multiple platforms, including AWS Redshift (experience is a plus).

  • Independent Delivery: Meet project deadlines, manage your time effectively, and stay focused during long stretches of deep work.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver insightful visualizations that drive business value.

  • Backlog Management: Take ownership of and resolve outstanding reporting requests caused by internal resource limitations.

Qualifications

  • Deep experience in Power BI report development.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing principles and data manipulation techniques.

  • Experience with AWS Redshift is desirable but not required.

  • Experience with AI development toolkits for enhancing Power BI workflows is a solid plus-but not mandatory.

Additional Notes

  • Ideal candidates are located in EST or CST time zones (this ensures alignment with internal teams).

  • This role is focused strictly on Power BI reporting-financial or budgeting duties are not part of the scope.

  • AI toolkit experience for boosting report development is welcomed but not a must-have.
