Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
  • vMonitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI responses, submittals, and change orders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a construction project management or engineering role.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.
