Position Title: Salesforce Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct API testing and data validation across integrated systems.
• Participate in UAT and support end-users during testing phases.
• Ensure testing is aligned with Salesforce best practices and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and data model.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, TestRail) and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Provar is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
