Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in title insurance and property closing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the mortgage and real estate ecosystem.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to title insurance, property closing, and associated workflows.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, escrow, compliance, and technology, to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Agile Business Analyst; Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies

Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirement into application requirements and user stories.

Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Experience in developing business, functional and user requirements for IT systems.

MORTGAGE INDUSTRY/REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY WILL BE PLUS
