About the Role

We re looking for a motivated Junior Developer with a strong foundation in Python and AWS to join our onshore development team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their technical expertise in cloud-based development, automation, and modern DevOps practices. You ll work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
Support the deployment and management of applications in AWS environments.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code with an emphasis on quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software delivery and cloud initiatives.
Contribute to test automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1 3 years of professional experience in software development (Python focus).
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
Understanding of test automation principles and scripting practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK).
Exposure to containerization (Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
